Breakfast in a Jar

I actually love re-using jars for everything from storage to packing meals and snacks. When it comes to early starts, there is nothing worse than skipping breakfast because of little time. Even as a Dietitian, I love keeping it simple. This is something you can pack in bulk, for 2-3 days ahead and store in the fridge until eaten.

Breakfast, Muesli , Yoghurt

1-2 weetbix, crushed

1/2 cup milk

 

1 tbsp chia seeds

 

3-4 tbsp yoghurt

 

1/3 cup natural muesli

 

1/2 cup fruit

1. Add in any order you wish. (The less steps the better)
